The New Vibrams 5.5: Even More MINIMALISTIC!

Appreciate your taking time to review these, sir! I've done a fair bit of "barefoot" running in Xero's HFS shoes but have yet to take the plunge on a pair of even more minimalistic shoes like Vibram's FFs. May have to take another look now, since ground feel is definitely rising to the top of my priority list for my running shoes, and these sound like they'd fit the bill, as long as I can track them down (since I live in the U.S.). Btw, you earned a thumbs-up and a subscribe from me! Keep up the good work.

Yeah, these shoes are definitely my most minimal ones having a great ground feel which, I guess, is one of the most important aspects for barefoot runners. Thanks for watching and for your comment! 👍

Wow, amazing, Edgars! So interesting those Vibram Fivefingers! I can see that you run so well in these shoes. In fact, on the rocks, I think they don't really work... but they definitely help you develop a more appropriate running style so you don't hurt your joints - on asphalt and on dirt and grass trails though. Cheers my friend!

Yeah, they might not be the best choice on gravel roads, but all in all I think I'll like them 😉👍

Glad you enjoy the new Vibrams . At this time of year you' won't need them, so they will last even longer. I do hope you have more to show of the trip to Italy.

Yep, I have some more videos from Italy that I still have to make 👍 But for the Vibrams - yeah, I'll use them less than in winter, of course, but I will still run in them occasionally when running on sharp surfaces, also when racing and so 😉
