Have you ever tried to remove the booking form on the front end and replace it with a low entry offer that they can by themselves?

I have not, that typically creates more friction. And I don’t have the volume of calls that makes sense to add friction too. If we were booking hundreds of a calls a month I would absolutely do that! But right now I want my sales team to have more at bats ⚾️
