Ingredients:
flour: 700 g (25 oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
sugar: 10 g (0.4 oz)
yeast: 8 g (0.3 oz)
oil: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
water: 400 ml (14 fl oz)
hot water: 2 l (68 pt)
white sesame seeds: 10 g (0.4 oz)
black sesame seeds: 10 g (0.4 oz)
balsamic sauce: 10 g (0.4 oz)

You could have put the flour onto a piece of paper and pour that into the bag. This method is for making bagels

Das Wasser sollte nahe am Siedepunkt sein und eine Minute auf jeder Seite sollte reichen, so mache ich Bagels, viel Spaß

Люди, не расстраивайтесь за представленный здесь мастеркласс, за подобный способ подачи информации, который прекрасно подойдет будущим хозяюшкам - девочкам двенадцати лет и старше! Мне много раз попадались комментарии от детей, которые учатся готовить. У меня таким же образом начал готовить мой внук, когда ему было 10 лет, а сейчас в свои 17 лет он приготавливает довольно сложные блюда. Так что просто уходите отсюда и не тратьте свое драгоценное время на комментарии.

Interesting how al the initial air disappears from the bag without any mention as you go. Looks very suspicious of trickery.

ok lets see I'm making it right now so its 5 and a half cups flour plus 2 tbl spoons flour they don't say what kind of flour so I'll use 1 and a half cups and 2 tblspoons bread flour and the rest self rising flour 1 sec ok 7 oz oil is almost a cup right but she put no where near almost cup oil in in there i put 5 oz oil in. I had to put it in a bowl and add 200 more ml of water i put it back in the bag only half because it needs to rise it was hard dough with only 400 ml so it needs remeasuring of ingredients bump the water to 600 ml its in a warm spot check towel over it check you can see how the video was clipped because the dough was weter then she continued to squish it in the bag like that is all she was doing measurement red flag. its my guess the dough was removed mixed and put into another bag timer 40 minutes im curious to see what happens in the bag lolies. ok the bag is useless do it in a bowl add 500 ml of water . there is no way that was mixed in the bag I'm calling this a scam so to speak. Oh well it was a good run haha.

I find that the slow scooping is to make the video longer. Or she is trying to be evocative! It is creepy! Someone wanting to learn cooking doesn't want to see each scoop of flour or drizzle of oil being lovingly combined with passion. Then, she does not give the information needed. Such as the temperature of the water put into the bag with the flour and yeast. 'Near boiling' is too hot to add to yeast in a bag or a bowl. 'Near boiling' would be the temperature of the water in the pot when putting the dough into it. She needs to give the instructions on the screen at the place where she is adding things. She can not leave that information to viewers knowing it already. Step it up lady!

If you pour into the bag or a bowl with so much flour it may make the table messy probably why she use a spoon to transfer but I guess at the last bit you can pour ...

I agree. And why not mix the black and white sesame seeds together to sprinkle on since they are both used on the same loaf. Too much repetition of the same step.

А у наших бабушек, был специальный глиняный горшок. Назывался от квашня! А не пластиковый пакет! И когда они ставили тесто, то в доме не бегали и не кричали даже дети. ТЕСТО СТОИТ НА ХЛЕБ!!!

What's the trick? That's how you make bread, mix it in a bag, dish, bucket or on a table it doesn't matter, let it rise, knock it back, let it rise, shape it, cook it. The salad making is just time consumption.

Me too about the spoonfulls, but also using all that water. You must be sponsored and have all expenses paid for. Just need a third if all that water you used. Takes electricity or gas to make water boil and to cook too.

Es ist schon sehr traurig was man "erfindet" um geliked zu werden. Umweltfreundlicher mit gleichem Resultat ist eine Schüssel und kein Plastikmüll den man verursacht.
