The cooking surface is nice because of the frame that keeps the food items on it. Cool little set, there are so many out there too! I do understand one must have the M1. Thanks for sharing!

Great piece of equipment. For a little more investment, you can get a Snow Peak small grill, and add extra accessories. Much better built. Thanks for the videos.
