Love the "ripple effect" philosophy! Met Ray Cappo at Middlesex County College around 1992-1993. All Krishna theory aside, he has a great insight, which exists in all theology. Choices we make in life have repercussions, both positive and negative, which can be likened to a ripple. Is can affect family, loved ones, yourself and make your world and their world better or worse! Good stuff.

When I met Ray Cappo at the store Trash in Danbury maybe 1991 I acted like I was meeting the president probably. Very cool dude.

Being from Danbury, it’s really cool to know that there is a legendary hardcore punk band that originated here.

I got to see YOT a couple of times at Fenders Ballroom back in the day, with 7 Seconds, U.C., Insted, etc. Great straight edge bills back then. 👍🏻

When I think of Ray Cappo I'm reminded of the time when members of Born Against yelled, "Go back to the airport" when Shelter took the stage at the Anthrax in 1990.

John Watson was the maintenance man for my apartment complex in Gainesville, Fla. in the 1990s. Super nice, humble guy. One day he was working on something in our apt. and saw all these posters -- Agnostic Front, all sorts of skinhead regalia. Then he said offhand "I used to be in that band (Agnostic Front). As I recall, he was pretty active with the Hare Krishna community in Gainesville and the Alachua County area.

The Pyramid shows were some of my favorite shows back in day. But CB’s was my home! I missed the A7 shows by about a year. My favorite venues in the 80’s -90’s were. Pyramid CBGB’s Rock Hotel Irving Plaza The World Coney Island High L’amour Wetlands

:45 The Quincy episode was a big thing. There was a CHIPS episode with a punk band too. they had a song "I dig pain". it was very stupid , but if you were a punk or a skater you rarely saw yourself on tv/ movies / etc
