Pakistan denied to get out , therefore india could not conduct Referendum...Now the Ground reality is different...Even if Pakistan admits to get out , india has to consider the Ground reality and restore all the hindu-pandits houses...now things are going be difficult for pakistan further..they will reap the loss what they incurred on J&K and pay it to india Else they will loose Baluchistan and pakistan's fate will become worst. They lost bangladesh due to pakistan's presence in J&K where they have no-legal rights....next they will loose baluchistan , sind , peshavar the whole of pakistan will be divided for their jingoism!
