Noticed that you have a Flying W Ranch brochure. Such a fun place to go to. It actually burned down a few years ago in a huge fire in Colorado Springs called the Waldo Canyon Fire. It was a huge loss for our community. Happy to say it took a few years but they were able to rebuild. You found some great finds, loved the video 😊

👻🎃😢 absolutely love watching your videos and you saved some really good stuff. At the same time my heart is breaking. That’s so much history and objects and things like that are going to be tossed to the garbage. I do wish someone would come up with some thing to save old cards and paperwork and ephemera and objects so they don’t get tossed in the trash because they’ll never be reproduced or replicated ever again and to me that’s history and actual families touched that stuff at one point and it meant something to them and it’s just heartbreaking to see it have to go to the trash. Thanks for saving what you can. I know you guys can’t scoop up everything but boy do I wish there was a way household’s could donate all of it, and there were companies are new buildings put up and all of the stuff was sorted and at least giving away free to people that want it. I don’t know lol I just wish there was a way to save all of it.🧡🧡🧡🧡

Wow that was definitely a house where nothing had ever been discarded which are always fun to dig through! I loved those vintage greeting and Christmas cards that you were able to save and the travel brochures were nice also. The things that I saw that I would have also grabbed were the gas station maps which can be very collectible if they are from certain states, years or gasoline companies. And I would have definitely grabbed the vintage Christmas boxes that were used for gifts or that greeting cards came in. There was one early in the video with Christmas candles on it and there was one later in the video with a Nativity scene on it. I collect vintage Christmas boxes and I know several others that do also and they can be very expensive on ebay. I was surprised that the house was not even more of a mess considering that lots of people had already gone through stuff the day before. I am sure that there were many people who took one look at those piles and piles of boxes and just turned and walked back out lol. Thanks for taking us along on this fun diggers sale!

I just came across your channel yesterday and I’ve been binging videos. I have so many questions. When you trash pick, it seems people are allowed just sit out bags and boxes. Is this every trash day or just certain times? Where I live trash must be bagged and in bins on trash day. I love treasure hunting at thrifts and garage sales but never (yet) someone’s trash. You two have found some amazing things. Also, I now really really want to be your neighbor so I can tag along😂.

Thanks for watching! We go to a specific town where they do what’s called bulk trash pickup every week in the spring and summer. It’s a different zone each week so it’s always a surprise as to what we’ll find! It’s unlike any bulk trash we’ve come across, people toss some amazing things! ☺️😊

with the recent death of my mom, I could never imagine having an estate sale with ppl going thru her stuff. I couldn't donate it to goodwill either, a corp making money off her stuff is awful. So instead I threw it in the trash. Pink, atomic mercury Christmas ornaments and all.
