I feel like this gun is more intended for filming and being used in movies than in actual airsoft matches. Who wants shell ejecting when you have to pick all of them up right after shooting? Not only does it hit your budget with a sledgehammer, but I'm not sure if the refs would be happy if you were to leave your shells lying about (or, they might be happy that they get to sell them and make an extra buck) Edit: Five packs of the shells is 69 Dollars. 25 shells is 69 Dollars. How the hell is that worth it?

Airsoft was originally invented for realistic military training. This is the next step as it simulates ammo control while being cheaper than firing blank rounds or accidently using a live round mixed in with the blanks.
@SkitszoSkittleАй бұрын
You can have a shell catching system attached to the side.
@tobiasagdrupdrager5583Ай бұрын
@@NarcissisticAbuseHealing When I was in the military we just used blanks. Proper ammo control as well as the adapter for blank firing mitigates almost all danger of a live round hurting someone. Some exercises used live rounds as well. If people wanted to shoot at each other, they have their own version of paintball shells the size of a normal round. You have to use a special bolt assembly to make it cycle. I think it's the same as simunition I just did a quick google. I don't know with snipers though. There isn't much training in shooting not live rounds as they behave very differently.

I feel like 3d printing the shells would be a good way to save money, dropping cost per shell down into the cents. Less painful when you lose the ocassional one and can't find it the next day. Kinda "blowback" for bolties. It was named UHC Super 9 Double bolt (had the option to on the fly switch from CO2 to manual piston which was pretty cool). It also supported a classic airsoft feeding magazine if you lost your cartridges or did not care about it. It was pretty cool in the engineering albeit fairly underpowered for a sniper rifle.

Video Recommendation (I’ll keep commenting until it happens!): Ever heard of a star mag? It’s a magazine where the baseplate is replaced with a circular plate, allowing you to attach multiple mags to it (let’s say 5). The idea is that when one mag runs dry, you simply rotate the star plate to switch to the next mag. Sounds like a drum mag, right? But here’s the twist: Take it a step further-use the star mag to connect multiple airsoft guns by removing their grips and attaching them to the same mag. Then rig the triggers to a single master trigger. The result? A Frankenstein’s monster of airsoft-one terrifying, multi-barrel contraption!
