Hunter, don't let the haters get to you. Welding takes practice and you are improving well. Im self taught, as well, and it took time to get pretty welds. Keep up the good work!

Yeah! Your welds aren't that bad! I welded for 45 years professionally. My first year of welds looked kind of rough! They didn't break and that is what counts!

That floorboard makes it super simple to remove the tranny. All vehicles should be that accessible. Even the fuel pump in trucks also 😂😂😂 😊
@JustaGrumpyOleMan6 ай бұрын
Paul, Hunter, Shawn, you can change it if y'all want to, but I noticed that when you installed the fuel cell in the truck the sump is down forward and should be down rearward so when you launch the fuel sloshes to the back and down so the fuel doesn't go away and the pump doesn't stop pumping fuel because the fuel sloshed away from the pick up.

When hunter went on the recovery in Paul’s pick truck that is a family heirloom with his brother it just show how much trust and faith Paul has in him. I like seeing Paul doing stuff but it’s nice to see the others getting screen time and show that there more than capable thanks Helen ❤

Keep plenty of fuel in the tank, that sump is designed to point rearward, under acceleration the fuel sloshes to the back and will uncover the pickup when it facing forward like you have it.

Hunter Brother. Toxic chemicals usually get a lot worse when heated like that. Especially clorinated brake cleaner. It not only makes you sick, the damages to your lungs and bloodstream are permanent. Always keep the air you're breathing as clean as possible. You don't have to smoke to get COPD and it's terrible to live with. You want to have healthy kids someday? Keep your bloodstream as clean and healthy as possible.

Aaaaah Jailbars. Both Ford and Chevy had the best looking trucks in the early 40's. They make the sexiest looking hotrods. Someone needs to show Hunter how to use that cutting disc on the grinder (10:58 into the video). Always have the disc running away from you and not pushing towards your body. That is why they are called death wheels. If the disc catches the material then the grinder jumps towards you and can have a bad day. Have it pulling away so that if this happens it will launch away from you, especially with that way oversized disc without a guard on that hand grinder.
