Finally, a new 😅competitive team to elevate Supercars to another level.! The category needs more races in the season too.! Obviously there’s a reason why we lost SVG and Scotty Mac and it’s not a good look for our premier series to lose our best drivers. However, money talks, so it’s understandable. BUT, if the series in Oz didn’t have so much conflict (with Holden and Ford swapping to Camaro and Mustang, and Gen3 being delayed) perhaps there wouldn’t have been strong enough reasons for drivers to go to the USA. No doubt 2026 will reinvigorate the series with Toyota stretching the competition to a higher level. I think that’s incredibly exciting for the Supercars (BRING IT ON..!!)

It would be cool if super2 got 86 cotf cars lol, 5.0L nascar TRD engines fitting the rules (bolbus 86 lol) etcetera, then you could have a stacked super2,

They start with testing in windtunnel and AVL dyno of GT3 engine so just chassis build by WAU should be on pace...

2026 will be a great year now Toyota are coming, but they do need more racing. Of course costs play a huge part but they need to grow the sport any which way they can.

Search up the 2ur-gse it’s a 5.0l v8 found in the Lexus lc500 and since Toyota own Lexus they can use this engine for this purpose…..I’ve done some searching on exhausts on a lc500 and I mean it sounds pretty good so it should even meaner once the walkinshaw team work thier magic on it….would probably be the best sounding lc500 you could get 😂 it seems like a cool engine tho I can see it keeping up with the mustang and Camaro

Having a bad run in the enduros is why I hate the 2 races as part of the championship,it’s just ridiculous the drivers championship is about 1 driver not 2 it kind of puts pressure on the co driver a simple mistake from any of the co drivers will ruin a championship that you’ve been working on the whole year whoever decided to add the enduros as part of the championship is a moron..

How long was it factory Holden racing team with no championship? He has been spinning this crap since he lost backing from Holden , Toyota want change shit for this team , the only thing that’s made a slight difference in the last 10 years is Chaz

Still won't watch supercars. If l want to watch US cars, I will watch nascar. I stopped watching v8 supercars when they sold us out and Ford and Holden left. Keep the 💩 mustang, carmaro, Toyota, we will never buy it. Only seen 3 on the street over here since they come out, seems people don't want the US💩filth that has no real safety ratings. Brake that window lol.
