Fair play to the Rebels; they did their homework on Limerick....no free space, man to man marking, intensity, intensity, intensity for 70 + minutes....don't be afraid to scrum and ruck it out...most teams did not want to go down to that level of hurling... Cork had to let go of their traditional style and flair today, the final will be a classic between 2 teams who have flair, skill and passion...

No, today proved that KK team are best....came up agathe best Cork team, best waterford team, prob the best Galway team and most definitely best tipp team. Limerick did not have that competition.

@@NAME97531, when Kilkenny won their four in a row, nothing in Leinster and at best two hard games to play, and some years one , Limerick had hard games every day out in Munster and still play semifinals no easy games , so no , limericks 4 in row is better, , not hope in hell would Kilkenny do 6 in a row in Munster,

@@Castlelong333 I disagree....records shows that KK beat the great munster teams that everyone talks about. KK beat all ireland winning teams..Cork, Galway and Tipp at their best. Limerick have not. Wexford may have beaten clare this year only for bad refereeing I.e ridiculously double yellow sending off. Consider that this KK team is not good at all...TJ is still their best player at 36/37. This KK team contested 2 all irelands..that's ridiculous. Record will tell that KK contested the all ireland for 5 in a row - Limerick have not. Also, let's not forget the elephant in the room....JP. JK looked shocked during his post match interview - hd pulled it together after a few mins. A part of me feels they expected go win yesterday comfortably.

@@NAME97531 when Kilkenny did their four in a row , there was nothing in Leinster, when Limerick did their four in a row every team in Munster was competitive, plus the round robbin all play all , no such thing for Kilkenny,,, when Kilkenny did their four in a row they got long breaks between games , Limerick did not , so Limerick last year had to play 7 big games to win the All Ireland , any year Kilkenny won in the four in a row, 2 big games at the very most , and Kilkenny beat a finished cork , who never appeared in Croke Park again, beat a finished Waterford team , never appeared in Croke Park again, , best an only ok Limerick team , who never appeared again in Croke Park, and finally when a young good Tipperary team came a long, Kilkenny were very lucky to win in 2009 , and beaten out the gate in 2010 , that's the four in a row for Kilkenny, Limericks four in a row was won the hard hard way no easy games, no soft Munsters , like kilkennys soft soft Leinsters , and Limerick then had to play hard simi final and final games with less of a break between , , So No the Kilkenny four in a row was not a better team , than the Limerick four in a row team , I am going from memory here , Limerick had to play 22 games v the top hurling counties to win the four in a row, Kilkenny got 8 hard games at best v top hurling counties to do their four in a row, ( wexford Offaly Dublin were at nothing useless ) so again no , Limericks four in a was much much better

Limerick era coming to an end. Their under age system is poor only one under16 panel where other counties have 2 and 3 panels. I remember the current team winning the u16 all Ireland. I also remember Casey and Gillane after the 2018 final declaring how they were on B panels up along. Limerick are winning nothing under age now. They need to clean out the politics and get back to what they did raising the treaty

They’ve had a generational team. Like Clare had in the mid 90s. They’ll always be a strong hurling county, but the recent success was a once off and may not be seen for decades to come again.

Ursula Jacob spent her life training, playing and focusing on Camogie. A different sport than hurling. Yet she gets front and centre with men who've dedicated their life to hurling. There are 10000s of people out there more qualified..so the question is, how did she get the biggest hurling analyst gig in Ireland over qualified people who have trained, played, managed, coached, refereed, volunteered for or spent all their spare time focusing on hurling? Its a disgrace. Not because shes a women. But because she didnt earn it. Literallly 10000s of more qualified people out there, men and women.

She's spent her whole life in a hurling house. Her father and brothers all played for wexford. Her knowledge of players, teams, etc is superior to a lot of male pundits.

@1choccoman she dedicated her entire life to Camogie. How many men out there dedicated their lives to hurling, grew up in a hurling house and haven't been given this opportunity. I tell you what. Line up the CVs of all applicants and remove their names and gender. Not a hope would she get the job. She's not qualified for it. Let's list out a set of criteria for being a hurling analyst. How many does she tick? 1. Played intercounty hurling. 2. Managed intercounty hurling. 3. Coached intercounty hurling. 4. Refereed intercounty hurling. 5. Been in an intercounty hurling dressing room. 6. Played club hurling. 7. Managed/coached club hurling. 8. Managed/coached underage hurling. 9. Spent your life focusing on hurling. She doesn't meet any of the above. To say she grew up in a hurling house is an insane comment. In fact it furthers the fact she got the job because of her gender. There are 10000 more qualified people out there. That's not to say she's bad at what she does. But it does show she got it as a diversity ticket and it stinks.
