The difference between the first half and second was that Hart and Perryman had to leave the game. When that happened, they just did what Jacksonville did and pick on Yasir Talor

Man I feel that. I saw who they put in and I was like, "Oh great, Taylor!" Then we saw it happen right before our eyes. I hope Cam and Perryman are a go for the next game.

Great point. Not having Mack doesn’t help also.

They need in invest on the Interior O line in the Draft. The Current receivers are working into the Scheme. Why waste money on a Prima Donna non team player ?

Offensive line is actually getting better inside. Slight but still getting better, especially in pass pro. The line is actually pushing the defenders outside in pass pro, instead of that interior collapsing in.

The Bengals were in playoff desperation mode and the Chargers secondary was depleted … the strength of the bengals are the two wide receivers so ofcourse the bengals scored in the second half

As a Chargers fan, Cincinnati did a phenomenal job and played a tough game. If you’re a Bengals fan, chin up! You guys fought hard and whooped our ass in the second half. Also shoutout to y’all for breaking out “no more than 20” streak lol Go Bolts 💙💛

This was the first game where I think the Chargers got challenged. I agree that the Chargers record right now is inflated a bit due to the quality of teams they played in the past month. They are supposed to beat bad teams and did. But the Chargers of the past would have played down to bad teams and been beaten once or twice but the Harbaugh Chargers are consistently beating the bad teams. I love the consistency. But this Bengals team is the best bad team around. The Bengals are better than their record would have you believe and their offensive tandem of Burrow & Chase was #1 in the league. The Chargers struggled more in this matchup than in previous ones but coming out with the win was a huge morale boost to fans. The only 2 games left that I believe the Chargers are underdogs are against the Ravens and against the Chiefs. Both are possible super bowl contenders. If we could win even one of those matchups it would certify the Chargers as a legitimate contender in the eyes of other teams. I like the new direction the Chargers are headed in and this game was a true test of how much they improved.

They're lucky to have won the game. I give Herbert a pass on his fumble... (He'll learn). I still haven't seen the 5 star catch over the shoulder from Q. But he still has to learn how to run better routes to get that separation. Palmer has had plenty of reps to be the #1 guy but falls short and is just average. I'm so used to having a HOF type of TE catching the ball that i'm disappointed with Will's talent. McConkey was super clutch this game... he's on his way to being a superstar!

I notice that they are a very strong first half team. But the second half they always fall flat. They need to learn how to finish. Not sure if it’s play calling or being simpler with the plays. But for sure they always stall in the second half.

@@Zennofobic cam hart being subbed out due to concussion for lousy JASIR TAYLOR was the turning point. Also, imagine if Mack had played that game… there would be no escaping the pocket ever for burrow. Him and tuli instead of a super slow and past his prime BOSA would’ve amassed 6-9 sacks instead of 3. Those escapes are what kept this game close. Burrow was literally about to cry at the end of the first half. Khalil would’ve kept that going. Cam hart and tarheeb still are the best corners on our team and they are FIFTH ROUND ROOKIES!!!! We should sign Tee Higgins for 25M a year for 3 years with an out after 2 years and draft a receiver in the first round and focus on interior O line in the second and with our 2x third round picks (one comp pick)… our receiver in the first has to be a zay flowers or Xavier worthy type that just scares opponents thus opening up Ladd and it needs to be a guy at least 6ft tall and act as a true X. QJ belongs in the slot as a solid WR3 and mcconkey will be like Julian Edelman. Or if there is a bowers like prospect like the kid from PennnSt or the TE from Michigan we can take one of those in a trade up in the early 2nd
