the first time i saw that nami scene asking them question, i may not have perfectly understood her comments but now rewatching it a second time, it makes total sense. in case u guys didn't understand, most pirate who make the journy into the grand line and the new world only discover at the end of the journey that they missed something important, like the poneglphs and whatever the dog said, so they end up having to restart the journey since compasses only point in one direction, so for those people the reach the end only to discover the end is where the journey begins if it interests them, but in the straw hat's case, they discovered the truth before the ever reach the end so they're already heading for the final location without having to restart the journey again. raftel isn't just an island the compasses find, it's more like a coordinate point that u can only discover after getting all the red poneglphs, most people prob assume the last island is rafterl when they follow only the compass but then they probably come to realize the truth and that now they have to restart their journies when they had thought they had already reached the end

Raftel IS the island "beyond the end", what theyre talking about is that the Log Pose points to the last island, and in that island youre supposed to find out about Raftel, which is then beyond the end. The crew basically got spoiled early with Zou.

Raftel is indeed the island with the One piece. What they were trying to say is that if you follow the log pose then at the end you will find another island that is NOT raftel. Instead you will find there the information about the road poneglyphs and the ACTUAL last island (which is raftel). By meeting the minks at zou the strawhats essentially skipped that part of the journey because they already know about all that info.

As far as I understand, Dogstorm was saying the journey they are currently on is redundant because they already know about Poneglyphs. They were supposed to reach the end of the grand line to learn about them in the first place. Raftel is the end of One Piece, the final destination. The “beyond” is supposed to be the second journey through the grand line, with the knowledge of the Poneglyphs existing.
