The NO SHAKE Ramos Gin Fizz (blender method)

How to make the FASTEST BEST FLUFFIEST Ramos Gin Fizz without shaking what SO EVER!
In this video I show YOU 🫵 the ultimate method for making the perfect Ramos gin fizz every time using my favorite bar tool, the immersion blender.
The blender method is easy, fast, and effective and will save your poor little arms and shoulders from that dreaded 12 minute shake.
THE METHOD
Spec:
Add to a large tin
2 oz gin
1 oz aquafaba
1 oz rich coconut water syrup
1/2 oz lemon
1/2 oz lime
Orange blossom water
Saline
Blend 10-15 sec *
Add 1 oz heavy cream & 4-5 small ice cubes (around 45g)
Blend until ice is dissolved and everything is frothy and cold
Pour over cold soda just to the rim, allow the foam to set for about a minute or 2
Top with remaining cocktail (the denser liquid will sink causing the head to rise)
Whole thing takes like 6 min or less if you have your mise en place
