A key decision when you’re out on a session is how much bait to put in because obviously you want the carp to come and eat your bait and pick up your rig. If the carp aren’t eating your bait then there’s no point in putting any more in. What I’m going to show you in this video is what I do to find out if the carp are eating and how I use the weather to work out how much I need to put in.
