when i went to the wizarding world of Harry Potter the person selling the wand told me how loads of chinese students where taking photos of snapes wand and they told him when it meant in chinese but unfortunatly i cant remember what he told me i just remembered that i thought it was so beautiful and poetic, and can only guess that it was peace, or faith or something along those lines

I used to work there. The story is that a woman told an employee that it was an ancient Chinese symbol meaning "endless longing." I don't know who the supposed employee was; it seems like it was a rumor that everyone believed to be true.

I went to the Studio Tour in London (totally recommend it if you haven't been already) and the man on the wand stand said "The symbols on Snape's wand handle are Chinese and they translate to 'BLESSING IN DISGUISE'" Any Potter fans will freak out at this if you know Snape's story!

Nice wand. Its an oldie. I have an 05 Voldemort wand but not in the fancy box version. Hope to update some of my wands here soon. I have some crummy cosplay wands and they suck. My Sirius Black wand snapped terribly. They don't have the protective metal inner rod like the Noble Collection wands do. If I get a new Sirius Black wand I'll do a video review for sure

@thewandbrothers Awe, shame. I was hoping that the wand would be actual wood, not resin. I made my Snape wand out of real River Birch and painted it with black spray paint so that it would look like Snape's. I even took the liberty of putting a (fake) Dragon Heartstring core in it, just like Snape's wand. It doesn't have the neat handle decorations on it though, but it's the closest thing to a real Snape wand I can make.

This was my first wand i bought it for two Reasons Snape is my Favourite Characther which is kind of strange because on Pottermore I'm Considered a Gryffindor and ironically this wands owner was of Slytherin House but the second reason was that when i went to making of Harry potter I tried the other wands and this seemed to for in had Perfectly yes it's not as cool looking as the other wands but still it's pretty awesome but yeah now I have Harry's and Snapes I'm planing to Aleast get Ron,Hermonie,Sirus and Draco in the near Furture :)
