@@robinjacob9090 Check 5:00 , Anya said in the summary that with definite article (the) if it's come before the adjective then we add: For "der", "die","das" we add just 'e' at the end of the adjective, But for the plural "Die" we add "en". Did you understand now ?

Good explanation - though I think you meant that in the first case the adjective is "after" the noun, not "behind", as Der Mann ist alt, the adjective comes after the noun. When it comes before it's the 2nd case with all the other distinction between gender and definite/indefinite.
