The first and second episode kick off with none other than Sayed Mohammed Baqer al-Qazwini. Sayed al-Qazwini is an Islamic scholar and speaker
who has been studying Islamic sciences (jurisprudence, doctrine, history, etc.) for more than 10 years. The Sayed grew up in the
United States and has a BA in Sociolgie in addition to his Islamic credentials. In 2017, Sayed returned to Dearborn Michigan, after 10 years of studying at the Islamic Institute of Qom, where he founded al-Hujjah Seminary. This is an Islamic college taught entirely in English.
This episode outlines the challenges faced by Muslims today. Doubts about the existence of God, depression, LGBTQ and the suffering of a life without a purpose are discussed.

Excellent conversation, very insightful and enlightening. There is one thing though I want to say, social media is being turned to for many things that you can get to know of and learn. There's a lot of information that is useful, there's no denying that. No doubt, there's also a lot of crass and shallow and even vulgar and offensive content, and maybe some people get involved in watching such content..I scroll right past it. Social media also lets us connect with family and friends who are not that easy to get in touch with in person. That's my 2 cents..

no it's not invalid, it's a bogus ruling by some ignorant shikhs like the one in this video. You need to be as clean as possible whether you're praying or going to masjid but cat hair (dog hair is ok!) will not nullify praying otherwise it would've been mentioned in the Quran just like not to pray while intoxicated has been mentioned. a sheikh should not be publicly talking about people losing faith in God and the Quran even if it was true which is not. people are reverting to Islam faster than we can watch their videos. then they moved on to talk about lgbk movement! unbelievable. seems like all channels that have "noor" in their names are controlled by the same shaytan

ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ سَأَلَ زُرَارَةُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فِي الثَّعَالِبِ وَالْفَنَكِ وَالسِّنْجَابِ وَغَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْوَبَرِ فَأَخْرَجَ كِتَاباً زَعمَ أَنَّهُ إِمْلاَءُ رَسُولِ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) أَنَّ الصَّلاَةَ فِي وَبَرِ كُلِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ حَرَامٍ أَكْلُهُ فَالصَّلاَةُ فِي وَبَرِهِ وَشَعْرِهِ وَجِلْدِهِ وَبَوْلِهِ وَرَوْثِهِ وَألبانه وكل شي‏ء منه فاسدة لا تقبل تلك الصلاة حتى تصلي في غيره مما أحل الله أكله ثم قال يا زرارة هذا عن رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) فاحفظ ذلك يا زرارة فإن كان مما يؤكل لحمه فالصلاة في وبره وبوله وشعره وروثه وألبانه وكل شي‏ء منه جائزة إذا علمت أنه ذكي قد ذكاه الذبح فإن كان غير ذلك مما قد نهيت عن أكله وحرم عليك أكله فالصلاة في كل شي‏ء منه فاسدة ذكاه الذبح أو لم يذكه. Ibn Bukayr who has said the following: “Zurarah once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about foxes, fennec and squirrel and so on of hair. He (the Imam) then took out a book that he (the Imam) thought was of the dictations of the Messenger of Allah and it said, ’Salah (prayer) performed with hair of everything of inedible flesh is unlawful. Thus, Salah (prayer) performed with the fur, hair, skin, urine, dung, milk and with everything from such animals is invalid and unacceptable until one performs with something else which Allah has made of edible flesh.’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘O Zurarah, this is from the Messenger of Allah; preserve it. O Zurarah, if it is from edible animal, performing Salah (prayer) with its fur, urine, hair, dung, milk and everything from it is permissible, if you know that proper slaughtering has taken place, which makes it clean. If it is from something which is not made lawful for you to consume as food but is made unlawful, performing Salah (prayer) with it is invalid, regardless if slaughtered properly or not.’” thaqalayn.net/hadith/3/4/60/1

Quran clearly says, several times that everything is allowed for you to eat except, dead animals, blood, pork and that which the name of Allah s.w.t has not been mentioned on it. so all animals are edible and the hair of any of them will not nullify salah. even the hair of pig will not nullify the salah because only the eating of its meat is forbidden not the animal itself

لدي تجربة بما يخص موضوع التلفون … اتى لي ابني وقال لي اود ان يكون لدي هاتف وهذا تأثير الاصدقاء… طبعاً دار نقاش بيننا وقلت له انها اذا ليس رغبتك الشخصية اذا .. هل تعني ماذا يعني لا تدع الاخرين يقرروا لك ويختاروا لك اشياء وهذا الامر بمرور الزمن يكبر بمرور الزمن … بعد عدة ايام قدمت له التلفون … وانتهى الامر اعاد التلفون لي وقال لي لا احتاجه الحمد لله … لم اتوسع بالموضوع اكثر لانه نظرت الى وجهه وعلمت انه لم يكن سعيد مع التلفون لانه اثر على درجاته الدراسية … الحمد لله امتلك الوعي ويعي كيف يستخدم الهاتف ومتى … اسئل الله ان يحفظ ابنائنا وان يثبت الله في اصلابنا… وهو الان مشغول بالدراسة والاستعداد للامتحان …
