How did the Einherhjar mate with regular sized nords? Did the spire neglect some of their biology....or was it like fingerpainting on a barbie?

Yikes. I was already uneasy about Conquest's racism in how it depicted the W'adrhun (AKA "let's mishmash a bunch of 'primitive' stereotypes together into monster people"). But the Nords *really* kick it up a notch by leaning hard into eugenicist tropes, making the most Nazi-friendly minis faction I've seen outside of 40k.
