Absolute home runs across the board! Everything that I wanted as updates happened. Foam updates for the sky and infinite. And deeper lugs for the sky. I hope they also addressed outsole wear but overall they killed it with these updates.

All the outsoles across the line either got deeper lugs, or a few more of them to aid in durability. Agreed, home runs across the board! Especially excited for the trainers! I've got a few more miles on the Enduris now and that shoe is sweet!

@@codyjung6963 I'll toss my pair on the scale when I get a chance, but if I recall, It wasn't under 10oz. Closer to 11, but the weight is distributed really evenly

@@Alabama_Runnr I was told January, but I do recall that they also released in January last year, but in somewhat limited quantities and it took a few months for more stock to come in. Hopefully they're making more this first go around

Definitely appears to be a big improvement in regards to the fit and comfort of the shoe. Only a bunch of mileage will tell if all these additions help it as a race shoe!

Loved the fit of the sky 1. Best fitting upper on any trail shoe ive ever tried. But way too open and let in all the gravel. My dream shoe is the sky 1 upper fit, with enduris 2 material, on a summit pro midsole and tecton x3 outsole. The new summit pro and enduris 4 may change my mind on all that. They look sick!

Maybe the brand I'm most excited for in 2025? I loved the shit out of my vectiv enduris 3s and was SO sad when the inner heel collar fabric started to rip (same problem Finn and Brett spotted with summit pro 2) prematurely. Had to retire the shoes around 225 miles when I otherwise would've run them into the ground. Really hope that heel collar fabric issue is resolved because I am jonesin for the enduris 4s.

This is interesting. I'm a NF fan but didn't get on with the Pro as I found it extremely unstable. My fave is the Sky and cannot wait for the 2.

Sky 2 is going to be one of the best updates of the year, even though it's probably going to get overshadowed quite a bit by the Vectiv pro 3

There must be some studies that they aren't publicly sharing about the benefits of the winged plate. Or there really must have been enough people positively talking about it that they feel the need to double down. I'm at least glad they changed up the shape with more comfort in mind.

They look great. As someone who moved over the Hoka Tecton X 3 and thinks it's the absolute best out there, I'm intrigued if any other brand can step up and match or better that shoe with the new releases

That Vectiv Pro 3 update is intriguing. But I hope they also improved outsole durability. Love the 2’s but after 160 miles the lugs are too worn down to use on wet trails or anything with loose scree

Wooow looks great stuff, can you confirm the outsole of vectiv 3 is changed? The actual verdion lugs are too small and soft in my opinion, hope there is new one that last more miles.. Will be great any new about TNF new trail vest Thanks!

More lugs underfoot and a smidge bigger as well. Should definitely help out! I saw a new vest on display, but didn't have time to chat about it. Looked really nice though!

No updates to the Altamesa line for 2025. I wasn't paying super close attention after I learned there weren't going to be updates, but I do think there was a new color (or two) on their display wall

The plate is really flexible, so I don't think it's aiding in any sort of propulsive benefit at all. It's just there provide a bit of stability right under the foot. I still have more running to do in it, but I'm not sure I'd call it super

They do have some shoes that carry over from2024 that were great value like the Altamesa 300 and 500. The upcoming Enduris 4 is on the upper end for a mid-price shoe, but the tech that comes with it might be well worth the price. We're hoping to do a full review on it and value is something we definitely factor greatly into whether a shoe in this category is worth the buy or not

Yes it does have a carbon plate right under foot. It's smaller and has a little more flex than the Vectiv Pro 3 plate

I could swear that I’d seen photos of an altamesa midsole with a new upper on Pau Capell’s (and maybe somewhere else like Rob Krar too?) instagram feed. I guess it could have just been an early prototype or a one off. I think the Altamesa 500 is just a few upper changes away from being perfect.

@@delayewm North face has been prototyping with their elites like crazy this past year. It could be that they were just having athletes test out new uppers (for either the altamesa or a different shoe) and the Altamesa was an easy midsole to attach it to

Nike has done the white release as well, and their idea behind it was to paint your canvas with the colors of your run...haha I know the Enduris and Infinite are coming out with secondary colors. Not sure about the Vectiv Sky or Pro 3
