Biphasic sleep pattern is sleeping 4-5 hours, waking up for 30 mins-an hour, then sleeping for another 4-5 hours, with a usual nap in the day. This was how most people slept before electricity was prevalent. Sounds like Rob is sleeping like a normal human after all.

I can relate to the sleep talk. Sometimes I sleep few hours and wake up and take a nap, sometimes I sleep all day and feel like I haven't slept, I rarely sleep normally, and I tend to be awake all night with 3 hour sleep cycles between days frequently. I've tried various sleep meds, they don't work, I've tried melatonin, also doesn't work, and I've tried every possible medication cycle just to rule out if my body responds to the meds X hours after I take it, and I've tried different dosages with no luck. I have a feeling that the issue is more than just my melatonin being off, considering nothing I've tried works.
