Hey boiks, If I might suggest, get a few baking trays and prep and portion your meals on the trays. You can stack things on trays as well. I've gotten into the habit of putting one pepper on top of the other, grabbing the bottom pepper and dropping the stack on the grill. Both cook, both can be plated, simple.
