Soo helpful! I'm new got my commission and LSS certificate. Does C2C notify a notary of mistakes or complaints before deactivating a notary?

Absolutely, deactivating is a last resort. We also have the original signing agent correct their mistakes unless the lender/escrow company insists otherwise.

Is it acceptable to print the signers copy double sided?

So, I personally do not encourage to do it, although it is acceptable. What if you or the signer makes a mistake on the docs? If you print single sided- you always have an extra form if needed.

Don’t we need to have in our back, Patriot Act, Jurat and acknowledgment as well?

So always keep loose Jurats and Acknowledgments in your bag. But the client will provided the Patriot Act's in the loan doc package.

You should schedule a time to meet with the signers to get your journal signed right away! It does happen!
