I film all of my rolls at open mat for jiu jitsu. I take mental notes watching them, but i really should just write a list down of what i need to improve on and what worked. This is a great video and I'm definitely implementing your ideas

Ive heard this advice from lots of other people but the way that you explained it was extremely concrete, practical, and helpful. Literally noticing a single mistake and then laser focusing on it makes so much sense, I just never thought of it that way. Great advice!

The advice given pertains to real life and work, for example- it’s constantly being humble enough to self critique yourself and take critiques from others. And then, making the adjustments to fill those holes in the bucket. Eventually the bucket has less and less holes the more you will them until you feel relatively complete and “high” level. It takes countless reps and reps and reps.
