In this time of deception and betrayal; of rising unemployment, the key is to learn the number one skill in life: sales.
“Selling is not about deception. It’s about telling the hardcore truth,” says Host Robert Kiyosaki. “Find the need and magnify it. Sell them what will work for them.”
Kiyosaki’s guest, a longtime friend and business colleague, Blair Singer, is one of the leading sales trainers. He advises such big organizations as Singapore Airlines, IBM, and L’Oreal hair brands all over the world.
Singer is highly skilled at putting tens of thousands of entrepreneurs through their paces. “We give them some tools and put them through some exercises. Some people make more money in ten mins than they have in ten months,” Singer says.
The best-selling author of “Sales Dogs: You Don’t Have To Be An Attack Dog to Explode Your Income,” Singer breaks the salesman personality into five dog breeds: The Pitbull-the aggressive, never take no for an answer type; the Poodle-the charming schmoozer; the Chihuahua-the data freak. The types who talk in bits and bites a million miles an hour; and finally, the Big Dog- which is any one of the 5 breeds...just bigger. They like to brag and tell a big story.
Singer will be one of the presenters at the Rich Entrepreneur. Poor Entrepreneur event this April 6, 7, 8 in Scottsdale, Arizona. “Just because you’re making money doesn’t mean you’re rich,” says Kiyosaki. “You have to convert your money into an asset that provides income for the rest of your life.” Sales equal income.
“The toughest sale was me selling me to me!” says Singer. “Salesmanship begins when you hear the word, NO. You learn how to become a human being. You learn how to deal with what the world is throwing at you. Data and information are not sales. Selling is about discovering what people want and helping them get it. Then, it’s about conversion, when the money transfers to you. The selling cycle is when it clears your bank.

My two cents on how to hedge Against Inflation: Keep some extra cash on hand, Invest in Various Assets (stocks, real estate, etc.), If you are going to take on debt, better to take it on earlier (assuming you can pay it) before interest rates rise. Refinance

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

I'm really worried about the current bank crisis. If a bank as big as SVB could fail, I fear for a lot more. I know a friend who is running a high-growth startup, and was badly hit by the bank run. I have pulled out more than $340k from my bank. After all, the FDIC covers only up to$250,000, and the implosion could have bad effect. Looking to invest into the stock market now. Does anyone know how I could go about it?

My 1st valuable lesson in sales was in buying/selling/trading sportscards and comics as a kid growing up-seems funny…but as a 14/15 year old making great money by knowing not just to buy, but how/when to sell and be able to explain the reasoning behind either decision-then reinforcing that with data-in my case, profit in my pocket. Fast forward to college-having to stand up in front of my graphics class to support/defend my design decisions amid possible class criticism was cake for me when most people feared just being in front of people. I could always argue both sides of any decision and being a great debater means I can out my mind in the perspective of the buyer so oftentimes I know what they need/want before they can even think of the questions to ask. Show people the asnwers to problems they aren’t even aware of yet and you’ll always have their attention-now gove them something of that solution nobody else offers and you will always have the customer.

He was right, I've been self employed for 5 years now. My 14 year old son just got his first job and he is already investing and saving to start his own business as well. But you are right, not everyone can sell, not everyone can handle rejection. Those who refuse to learn how to will continue the rat race their on. 😢 Love your videos.

Thank you for this episode I am real estate agent in nyc I work in all 5 boroughs and I have been selling since 2015 and I’m so grateful and happy/relieved with everything that is occurring I really needed to hear this. I have been watching you and your wife and I’m so thankful for you guys and all the knowledge. I tired to book a ticket for the event and it was sold out I was wondering are you coming to new York if you are I hope it’s Madison square garden I know you will fill up the stadium.

Robert, i want to retire early if possible before automation booms in our ports. My house, of course, is not in the best of value because of the market right now. Will things change for the value of our houses in 4-5 years and also will Social security still be around for us baby boomers in 10 years. I’ll retire early if i have to bite the penalty to take out and get out of the nation all together???

I wasn't financially free until my 40's and I'm still in my 40's,bought my third house already, earn on monthly basis through passive income and got 4 out 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of them right now,you can start today regardless your age INVEST,create multiple sources of income and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a great choice i made.

My biggest regret was getting sold into a marriage by a top salesman. On the upside he taught me how to sell. It’s a forever skill. I used to be scared of it!

Alot of bad news indeed Robert. If there is one thing I have learned in recent months it is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investments in cryptocurrencies. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up.

If you want to be profitable, you have to execute a trading plan that hasn't nothing to do with how you feel, ie bearish/bullish. The market doesn't care about your feelings. You need a grasp on market cycles, buy after 80-95% draw downs & sell after the blow off top.

Can some one please explain why Rober mentioned that Blackrock is going down after Credit suiss went down ? I did not see or heard anything about it ...and i was looking for any video on Blackrock status news of downgrading them ...is it because "SVB collapse may be start of ‘slow-rolling crisis’, warns BlackRock boss" .. can some one point me to anything about Blackrock going down ?
