Hey Henry. Really awesome channel. Jw, when is it appropriate to begin reaching out to other content creators in your opinion? Started our podcast in May, and we're in the early stages of building a core audience (gaming niche). I want to reach out to other people in my space for interviews, collaborations, etc., but my channel and podcast are in their infancy, so there's no real return for those that I'd be inviting on the show. TL;DR - I can't offer exposure because my channel is too small, how/when should I approach inviting a guest onto the show? (gaming niche)

I think you should start right now. I’ve gone on a few peoples podcast that have no audience but they were kind in the message they wrote to me about asking if I would come on, and it made me want to do it. Plus, you’ll be amazed when you start looking how many highly qualified people there are out there that don’t have big audiences and would be willing to come on yours to help grow their channel.

I share my podcast with my social media platforms, my email list, and on KZbin. Do you have any other recommendations for getting more traffic to the podcast?

I think there’s a few different ways to look at your podcast. One thing it does is it gives you authority and a space. So when people look up you specifically they can listen to your work and connect with you more. The other thing it does, and is what most people think about, is expand your reach. Depending on your profession though, I would say the first thing as equal or maybe even stronger value than the second. If you’re passionate about what you talk about, and willing to commit for a long period of time to making it, you will build your audience organically.

Phenomenal information Henry, my question is what made you decide to start out your podcast with the meditative breathing? I really enjoy it, I'm thinking about starting out in a similar manner. I am also spiritualist and I find it very centering and grounding, and this is something that made me fan of your podcast . I have done some research and in my findings podcast that include some sort of breathing or centering have a better edge over some that don't. Again, what made you start your show using that technique? Thank you.
