In this lesson I'll be teaching you how to play Anthony Jackson's iconic plectrum part from 'For the Love of Money', which was a hit for The O'Jays back in 1973. This piece is an excellent study piece for Intermediate level plectrum players.
Anthony played a Fender Precision bass through a Maestro Phaser pedal on the original piece. In this video, I'm using a 1972 Fender Jazz bass and an EBS DPhaser pedal. I used the front pickup only on the bass, resulting in a tone that's very close to that of a Precision bass.

No, the PDF is accurate, I just double-checked. Make sure you're listening to the single version that is 3:43 in length. There are other edits that are longer, but the transcription is for the shortest version, as there is so much repetition in the piece.
