Our family used to cross this bridge every Sunday to and from church. The creek down there used to fascinate my attention as a little boy, though I later learned that the old factory near that bridge might've dumped chemicals in there, so I'm glad I never touched that creek. Do only Amtrak passenger trains use those railroad tracks below? It would seem to me that it'd be hard to get money from Amtrak versus a big name freight-carrying railroad such as CSX or Canadian Pacific.

The bridge repair? I'll believe it when I see it. All the city government seems to want do is spend money on downtown and near the casino, while the rest of the city falls apart. It's a travesty bordering on criminal.

Good ol Schenectady government! Rip it down or let it rot! So friggin sad! Look what they did to the Nicholaus building! Bunch of A-holes!!! Wish you did a video on that building! I'll surely miss that grand old building whenever I travel through the area. Thanks for keeping Schenectady's history my friend!
