I love deer valley homes they really are the best built manufactured homes to me on the market. They have all price ranges available. The quality is top notch and they don't cut any corners, very nice homes.

I love Deer Valley!!! So much pride in their work from concept to completion. The details of quality through & through are amazing. From solid closet wood bars - secure shelving to extra secure kitchen cabinets I could go on. I’ve been watching tours like this for the last 5-6 years & no one comes close to a Deer Valley. You did an awesome job educating & pointing out features. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah you need sunglasses on to go in that kitchen but white represents maximum sanitation and that is what you want in a food preparation area but then that means a lot of work keeping it clean a professional Chef knows proper sanitation practices and would love to see a kitchen like that some limestone on the front facade would really look sharp

I love the kitchen; except I'd want darker cabinets and a built-in microwave. Nice big island with lots of storage space & a walk in pantry. The master tub is fabulous, I've never seen one like that in a mobile home before! ❤ I was sold on this home until I saw the water heater access in the closet.

Square sinks in baths, stainless hood over range, take out the cabinet in the laundry and put sink there, this leaving space for freezer too. And I think I would do dark countertops. 🤔

They can, the trim out crew will cut tile to fit it, instead of a transition bar

I have another question where that crown molding is throughout the house do you guys tape in mud the scene between the walls and the ceilings or do you just put the crown molding up to cover up that space between the ceiling and the wall manufacturers of these modular homes. That they say they tape and mud every joint but when you take down the molding lo and behold there's the gap between the ceiling and the walls. So I would like to make sure that you guys do mud and tape your ceiling and walls
@MHNerd10 ай бұрын
You say you guys, but I don't build the homes. As far as I know, most manufactures do not tape it there, but I am sure with the higher end builders, it could be shipped with out Crown molding installed, and tape and mud when it is installed. Of course, there would be a higher cost at that time.

What roof pitch would you need to add a covered porch on the front?
@MHNerd18 күн бұрын
@@almd8673 depends on the look you want. You could still do 3/12 roof, or 6/12 if you prefer

I do have a question. Those cabinets where the dining room table are can that be removed completely period and that dark ceiling I don't like that can that be just sheetrock

Last question now where are the two halves of the house come together down the middle is there installation put in between the two sections as they join together cuz I see some gaps where the doors were not hung so you can see that big old void of space how do you insulate all that
@MHNerd10 ай бұрын
This is a lot set, the two halves will be set closer, more level, and they will put flashing and other materials to help seal the gaps.
@ThePrime20610 ай бұрын
I understand it's a lot set home I understand that 100%. But my question was not answered fully. So what do you do for the interior part of it where you can see gaps is that insulated thoroughly and how do you guarantee that moisture rodents and other living creatures doesn't get between the two sections of the home and how do you seal it underneath to keep the cold air and the hot air from intruding into the house. You know you guys really need to show how you finish this completely so people can get an idea before they purchase it. Because I wouldn't want to purchase a house knowing that there was a major gap between two sections of the house to wear energy loss is going to take place and or possibly mice snakes whatever else can come through
@MHNerd10 ай бұрын
After set on your property, there are not gaps as shown. If you watch my video of the Kairos II fully finished, you can see that all gaps are closed in. We often don't get a chance to do tours of the homes after the fact, as the customer has moved in, and are living in the home. I am trying to get more of them fully finished, but it is a slow process.

Price ? Do you have split ac ?
@MHNerd2 ай бұрын
Pricing depends on a lot of factors, but as of today, we are selling it for $215k, that proce can be considered good for 60 or so days. Central ac is what comes with the homes.

Instead of that PEX Plumbing can you do copper plumbing cuz I'm not big on plastic in my water sitting in plastic pipes and leaching chemicals
@MHNerd10 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, only pex plumbing is an option
@ThePrime20610 ай бұрын
@@MHNerd why is PEX Plumbing the only option. My question is what kind of study has been done to make sure that the chemicals don't leach into the water
@MHNerd10 ай бұрын
The options for plumbing are limited for multiple reasons. First, the home flexes during travel, and having a piping that flexes allows it to have less problem with leaks and pinholes. Second, it is rated to not burst during freezing to -50 degrees, and even though the piping is insulated, it is more exposed than a home built on a slab foundation. Third, it is a less expensive alternative. I don't know much about safety testing, but I do know the pex meets government HUD guidelines, and local site built guidelines. Also, I did a quick google search and found this information. www.sharkbite.com/us/en/resource/blog/pex-pipe-facts#:~:text=potable%20plumbing%20applications.-,Is%20PEX%20safe%20for%20drinking%20water%3F,water%20systems%20components%20%2D%20health%20effects.
