My problem with new vegas' karma system is that it's way to easy to get very good karma, like I played a character who would murder everyone he came across, ate over 200 corpses but he still had very good karma just because he killed like 10 fiends.

new vegas reloading benches are pretty good. With the hand loader perk you can make rounds that are straight upgrades for most calibers, like coin shot or JHP.

Fallout 3 is the game that really sucked me into the Fallout series. At first it was the game itself, but then there was that insane amount of modding that you could do with that game. You could really change completely how the game looks, feels and play's. It's the modding that opened up the game completely for me. This game alone was the whole reason I really got into modding (together with Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim). After that New Vegas was released and after playing for the first time, modding did it's work there too. I must say, however, that Fallout 3 was (and still is) my favorite in this. For me New Vegas is a very solid second place. Fallout 4 left me with very mixed feelings. Yes - It was more modern, but for some reason it just did not work for me. I played it once, and never played it for a second time longer than a few minutes to nearly a hour again. I could not get "into" it. To be honest (yes I know people are going to hate me for that), I had (and still have) more fun with Starfield than with Fallout 4. So there you have it...
