bro although youre not uploading anymore, these video still help a lot for poor little souls that suffering from art, such as me. it almost feel like a premium content, you simplify the muscle but still with a stereo perception, even the goddamn landmark, its rather eazy to understand and faster than doing it myself

If you want to work the upper part of the obliques (the one that originates on the rib cage) you need a twisting movement or a bending movement of the torso?

Yes, that is the main action of the obliques, but I’d you are talking about really exercising the upper striatum’s of the oblique you may need to reference an exercise manual :)

Yes they are! The internal obliques are generally hidden to the surface so not something we generally cover in artistic anatomy.
