No one is capable of bearing it except a Prophet who is a Messenger also or an Angel who is close to Allah or a believer whose heart Allah has tested for belief.’ The Imam (as) then said, ‘The only reason that Salman became of the Scholars is that he is a Man from us (Ahl al-Bayt). From a long Hadith from Imam Jafar AlSadiq (a.s) in which he a.s. says: "...Verily, Allah has created peoples to the abyss and hell fire, so He commanded us to inform them like we informed the others, so they were disgusted by what we informed them, and their hearts were repelled by it, and they returned it back to us and they could not bear it, and they disbelieved in it (belied it), and they said 'a lying magician'. Thus, Allah has stamped over their hearts and made them forgetful of that. Then He has made their tongue pronounce with some of the truth, for they utter it while their hearts deny it, in order that this may be protection for His preferred ones and the people of His obedience. And if it weren't for that, Allah would not have been worshiped on His Earth.."

His name in written in the Will of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family), in which Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) lists out the names of his successors after him, the 12 Imams and the 12 Mahdis after them. “Then there will be twelve Mahdis after him, so if death comes to him, let him hand it over to his son, the first of the Mahdis, he has three names, one like mine and my Father’s and it is Abdullah (Servant of God), Ahmed (the Praised), and the third name is Al-Mahdi (the Guided), and he is the first of the believers.” - Ghaybat Al-Tusi, Al-Shaikh Al-Tusi, Vol. 1, p. 174; Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 53, p. 148 Since the writing of this Will, nobody has claimed to be the “Abdullah” mentioned in it except for Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) and that is because it is a Will that is a protection from misguidance. Imam Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) said, “This matter will not be claimed except by the rightful owner, or else Allah will cut off his age.” - Al-Kafi, Al-Shaikh Al-Kulayni, Vol. 1, p. 373, Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 25, p. 112 He also fits the description of the the name of the Mahdi in the books of the Sunni: Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas’ud: The Prophet (PBUH & His Family) said: If only one day of this world remained. Allah would lengthen that day (according to the version of Za'idah), till He raised up in it a man who belongs to me or to my family whose father's name is the same as my father's, who will fill the earth with equity and justice as it has been filled with oppression and tyranny. - Sunan Abi Dawud, Abi Dawud, Book of The Promised Deliverer, Hadith No. 4282 One of the names of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) was “Abdullah.” On the authority of Abu Dawood, who heard from Prophet Mohammad (PBUH & His Family) saying: "I am Abdullah whose name is Ahmad.” - Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 24, p. 397; Tafsir Al-Ayashi, Mohammed ibn Masoud Al-Ayashi, Vol. 1, p. 44 Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) is known as the Egyptian from the narrations of the Ahlul-Bayt (From Them is Peace). Imam Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) said: “There emerges before the Sufyani an Egyptian and a Yamani.” - Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 52, p. 210

Imam Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) said, “This matter will not be claimed except by the rightful owner, or else Allah will cut off his age.” - Al-Kafi, Al-Shaikh Al-Kulayni, Vol. 1, p. 373, Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 25, p. 112 He also fits the description of the the name of the Mahdi in the books of the Sunni: Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas’ud: The Prophet (PBUH & His Family) said: If only one day of this world remained. Allah would lengthen that day (according to the version of Za'idah), till He raised up in it a man who belongs to me or to my family whose father's name is the same as my father's, who will fill the earth with equity and justice as it has been filled with oppression and tyranny. - Sunan Abi Dawud, Abi Dawud, Book of The Promised Deliverer, Hadith No. 4282 One of the names of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) was “Abdullah.” On the authority of Abu Dawood, who heard from Prophet Mohammad (PBUH & His Family) saying: "I am Abdullah whose name is Ahmad.” - Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 24, p. 397; Tafsir Al-Ayashi, Mohammed ibn Masoud Al-Ayashi, Vol. 1, p. 44 Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) is known as the Egyptian from the narrations of the Ahlul-Bayt (From Them is Peace). We are in the 7th and final covenant Imam Al Mahdi pbuh has the authority to abrogate certain laws and bring in new jurisprudence. The prayer in the seventh covenant is submission and prostration of the heart and body to the Divinely appointed leader of every age. And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers. And prostration means obedience. This is the true prayer. And that is why the family of Mohammed said: “We are the prayers” Imam Mahdi Mohammed ibn Al Hassan (a.s) is the Fajr prayer, who comes at the end of the dark night right before the dawn, whoever is obedient to him and pledges allegiance to him and submits to him has prayed Fajr. Imam Ahmed al Hassan (a.s) is the thuhr prayer, the Yamani of the family of Mohammed, whoever goes against him is from the people of the fire, who comes at the middle of the bright day, and his rule is the brightest of all, whoever is obedient to him and pledges allegiance to him and submits to him has prayed Thuhr prayer. And I (Aba Al-Sadiq, the Qaim of the family of Mohammed) I am the Asr prayer, And Allah swt said: “Guard your (obligatory) prayers especially the middle prayer.”

It is narrated from Amirul Momineen Imam Ali (pbuh) that once he asked a Jewish scholar, “How many sects have developed among you Jews?” He replied that so and so number of sects are formed. Imam Ali (pbuh) said that he was wrong. Then he addressed the people, “By Allah, if I am made to dispense justice I would judge the Jews with the Torah, the Christians with the Injeel, the people of Psalms with Psalms and the followers of Quran with Quran. The Jews are divided into seventy-one sects. Seventy of them shall go to hell and only one is worthy of salvation. It is the same sect, which followed Yusha bin Noon, the successor of Prophet Moses (pbut). Christians are divided into seventy-two sects. Of which, seventy-one shall go to hell and one is worthy of salvation that followed Shamoon bin Safa, the successor of Prophet Jesus (pbut). This nation (i.e. the Muslims) will be divided into seventy-three sects. Seventy-two of them would go to hell and only one shall go to Paradise. It is the same sect which follows the successor of Muhammad (pbuhap).” He tapped his chest, saying so. (That we are those successors. Only the sect that follows us, shall go to Paradise). He further said, “Thirteen out of these seventy-three sects would be such that each shall claim my love and devotion. Of them only one (the moderate sect) would receive salvation and the remaining twelve would go to hell. - Ihtijaj, Tabarsi, Pg. 135

Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan (fhip) has clarified many times, that he is not looking for blind followers, and warned people to use their own minds, research and scrutinize the matter in order to find the truth: “We do not call upon anyone to believe through ignorance, without awareness or knowledge, rather research and examine closely our matter and our call.
