The graves are very shallow. Probably because Schrutes don't have the greatest history of getting it right when declaring someone dead, so it just evolved for practical reasons to make it easier to dig someone up. Probably before the tradition of unleashing a round of buckshot into the coffin started.

Another one I noticed, Ed Truck was never decapitated by an 18 wheeler. Creed comes to the conclusion because Ed is the second half of head, and Ed’s last name, Truck. Missed Angela’s affair with Roy. In the Fire Episode in S2 Roy says Angela in Who Would You Do, then when Dwight and Angela start hooking up at work they go to the warehouse, despite neither of them working in the warehouse - Angela knew that spot was safe because that’s where she hooked up with Roy. Also explains Angela’s particular disdain for Pam throughout the show (“office mattress” etc.)
