Imo move up elizabeth, her shields are very strong in activities such as knighthood battles and difficult story chapters. Ad move down estarossa and ban to the top of s tier. Eli is so strong that she can easily be above gowther for most players.

I think that's a bit of a whale take on Liz. Her shield and heals have clutched alot of pve content for me since I can't brute my way through it
