Carson told his friends about this in March 2020 stating he would stop this even though he eventually wouldn't and kept manipulating his friends into believing that he stopped. he never told them the full scope of the situation and i dont think the public knows all of it. when the allogations and messages came out, most of his friends were just disappointed and mad that they got manipulated by what they thought is a friend. go watch schlatts video about it and connoreatspants statements if u are interested. 2. I can understand the guy having a heart attack from that tasing. When I was young, I made the mistake of using a TENS unit on my sac... My friends and I were playing around with it, when I decided to push the limit. I put both pads on either nut, and put it to mid level... Then my buddy reached over and turned it to full blast. The criteria wasn't fans, it was chicks that he thought were attractive these 2 just so happened to be fans (the first of which messaged him first looking for a relationship). Abuse of power is where we literally see someone use their power in their industry to get what they want, biggest case in point Harvey Weinstein. This guy would literally tell young actresses "you have to have sex with me if you want to make it into the movie industry." To sum it up 'Hey I control this field, if you want any portion of this field you have to give me what I want.' As we saw from the screenshots he never promised either girl fame, nor did he threatened either of them from ever being able to become KZbinrs. Hell I'm not even sure either girl has any ambitious to making youtube videos. This is why we are not dealing with an abuse of power, instead we are dealing with a power dynamic. What that means is we have a person of power dating someone with little to no power. This is not a bad thing. There is nothing wrong nor inappropriate about this type of relationship so long as the relationship doesn't become about that power dynamic which we saw from the screenshots was not the case. They were dumb horny teenagers talking about their days with one another. The worst thing Carson did was when he asked for nudes and the first chick in discord said no, he continued to push for nudes. But you need to under that has nothing to do with the power dynamic, it just means Carson isn't respectful to his partner in a relationship and that kind of behavior would happen regardless of him being a youtuber. Which isn't surprising, he was 19 years old at the time of the first one, and 20 (so at most 1 full year later) for the second chick and these were some of his first serious relationships, his dumbass doesn't know how to treat a girl with respect, all guys (and girls) got to learn respect in relationships, but he should still be held accountable for not having that respect already. Now in regards to nudes, yes it is techn illegal. But that's literally only because the laws in regards to the internet are written by dinosaurs who can't fix their fucking internet routers. In the context of real life both these girls could legally consent to have sex with someone of Carson's age at the time and it would be entirely legal. But the minute it that same relationship dynamic transfers online and the closes thing you can do to fucking is literally sending pictures of your body to your partner it becomes a case of child pornography. That's literally ridiculous that it's fine under one condition but completely illegal under another, but if you want to follow wish-washy laws and not morals in this case then yes Carson is very much a criminal and should be put on a sex offender registry for getting nudes from his girlfriends who were both months away from becoming 18.

The biggest issue of having a 17 year old girls nudes in any capacity, even if the current and sole possessor is her 19 year old boyfriend, is that one cannot absolutely guarentee that it will remain in the sole possession of that said boyfriend. Nudes can leak, very easily in fact, and it becomes a real (and not just legal) ethical problem to have if the nudes of a seventeen year old child is circulating around social media.
