SABBATH KEEPING: A FALSE TICKET TO HEAVEN Why do they keep the 7th day sabbath? Answer: Because they are deceived by Ellen White whom they think discovered something about the sabbath day, that it's the seal of God and the heart of the moral law. Their fetishism over the sabbath day is astonishing, seemingly to the point of idolatry. They keep the sabbath day as a result of being inspired by their founder, a self proclaimed prophet, not at Christ's behest. If Ellen White hadn't started her cult, there would be very little sabbath keeping, mainly being observed by unbelieving Jews. Trying to keep an OBSOLETE Jewish ritual law that pointed to Christ and has nothing to do with the gospel and the gentiles is being Judaized and an exercise in futility. Ellen White in her book basically said the sabbath is what separates the true believer from the false. The truth is that those who try to keep the sabbath day are not right for putting themselves under the law like proud pharisees who announce their works, forsaking the righteousness that comes through faith. It's not a ticket to heaven as they basically assume. When they die they won't be soul sleeping, and will find out, but too late, that they were deceived for believing a pack of lies, having followed a false prophet instead of the Lord Jesus Christ and his word. Adventism is a false form of Christianity. People who believe lies can be doubtful about being saved, and have no assurance of reaching the golden shore.
