This is what I love about Japan, and the Japanese people. So much pride in their work. Nothing rushed or corners-cut, a genuine love for their end product and a duty to give the best they can to the customer. Incredible.

Interesting you say this. I live in Toronto and there is two crepe shops opened by the same person. She is originally from France(Paris). I'm telling you, maybe I should do a video of how there crepes are made - Would put these Japanese ones to shame - Even how they(the Japanese) make the crepe is very sloppy compared and done with less skill and finesse. I would never eat one of these Japanese crepes; I'm spoiled from the French Ones.
She cares and is trying to please her customer. Amazingly wonderful.

Most adorable crepe maker I've seen! The crepes aren't too shaby themselves. I love watching her work. Even tho her style isn't fast and robot-like compared to the other crepe makers I've seen, I think her working-style feels relaxing to watch. She looks like she's absolutely having fun.

@John Xina The legal age to work in Japan is 15 and I highly doubt she's that young given how skilled she is. I'd guess she's 18 at minimum. This is proven also by the fact that her hair is dyed and curly. Most Japanese people a born with straight black hair and are not allowed to artifically alter it. The dyed, curly hair shows that she is at least a high school graduate.
Wow, the satisfaction of watching the cone spread/cook is incredibly satisfying, even without watching the rest of the performance. Looks amazing 😋

This looks so good! I'd definitely try this if I go to Japan
I am so impressed by the precision that young lady created those delicious but very labor intensive treats. Just the making of the crepe was extraordinary! Japanese culture on full display....how Nice! It looks like it would make a person tired. I couldn't even imagine today's young people in the USA have the patience and professional ethics to create ,4-5 of these crepes without demanding a break or letting the crepe burn while they looked at their phone! Heck they probably would sue for carpal tunnel syndrome from having to create all those desserts over and over. My comments are based on what I see and hear at American fast food restaurants now
well, now I want to go to Japan just to try this it looks crazy delicious 🤗

You can make them yourself. Just buy a crepe skillet and buy your toppings. My mom would make smaller ones, but they're just as good and it's the same.

Go to the creperie inside Bellagio Las Vegas, it’s better.
Looks delicious! My mom used to make crepes before my dad passed, but they were smaller to fit the crepe skillet. I'd put cherry pie filling on and roll it up. Jelly works, too, if it's all you have in the fridge. I'd eat a whole stack of them myself, lol. 😁

No kidding, we're lucky to get a sugar cone or a cup with 1/100 of whipped cream and usually forget the cherry for the same $10. This looks so good with eye candy to boot!

Its ridiculously huge enough and delicious looking, america would make it thrice as big and change all the ingredients to be even more unhealthy. I tried popcorn with butter in USA, it was disgusting dollop poured onto the popcorn, instead of melting is through evenly.
Wow, they're amazing! The chef making the crepes is very skilled!!! :-D

I was introduced to crepes when living in Japan and loved them. I was sooo excited when I went to France for the first time because I thought it Japan's crepes are so good they MUST be even better in the country that created them......I hate it. They used a lot of heavy flavors like nutella. No fruit. No whipped creme. They were the same in Italy. all heavy flavors. I miss Japanese crepes.
@jerbsherb43913 жыл бұрын
I like that they don't overdo or overfill the crepe. Every video I watch of people making burritos or handrolls, they just stuff it with 10 million things.
