Minnie! This is such a great video. My oldest bag is an LV speedy 30-I got it for the first Christmas after I graduated from high school. My aunt owns it too and I had been drooling over hers since I was probably 12. I got it hot stamped a few years after getting it and they ruined it but I still love and treasure it. I’ve thought about selling it and getting a new one but can’t imagine not having it because it was such a big gift for my 18 year old self.

My first luxury bags were purchased on a trip to Paris 5 years ago. On my way to the Chanel flagship store, as my husband and I ‘strolled along the Champs Élysées, (as one does-lol), he pointed out the Louis Vuitton flagship shop and suggested that I go in. It’s ALL his fault! I wound up with a handbag and an SLG from there, as well as a handbag, an SLG and a piece of jewelry from Chanel! My first Designer bag was the Chanel Classic Jumbo. I remember that day 17 years ago, I bought it and then had a total melt down at the money I spent on it ($3000AUD) at that time. Coach is a brand that does bags of excquisite quality. I got the large willow tote for work in the sales this year and it is worth every pound! The leather is buttery soft and you get lifetime service in case something happens to it, which is a great perk!

I carried my mom's all leather Coach bags during my fresh/soph years of high school in the 90s. Then soph/junior years of high school, I went to Hudson's Dept Store and picked out two new Coach bags and a matching coin purse. I kept one of the bags and the matching coin purse and they're now 27 years old! 2009 was my first taste of luxury and I treated myself to a LV Speedy 25.

Love the story of your Coach bag ❤ The first “expensive” bag I bought by myself was a Dooney bag & I remember feeling so special carrying that bag! I later purchased more Coach & Dooney bags. However, my first high end designer bag was the Fendi Mamma Bagette, which is no over 20 yrs old! It’s in great shape & now my daughter uses it. I almost sold it b4 they became trendy again, but luckily I didn’t like the price that the consignment store offered me. My first LV was a gift from my husband about 17 yrs ago & I also still have it & I will never sell it. Since I’m a tote girl & the Neverfull was still not around, I picked the Batignolles horizontal tote. I now wear it mostly as a gym or travel bag.

My first luxury purchase was Coach handbags (Hobo and shoulder bag both in Navy) over 20 years ago and yes I still have both with their amazing leather quality. Also my first SMG was Wilson leather cardholders that I still have and use to store cards that are not use daily (7 slots holders on each side and a middle compartment - unheard of now) - for over 20 years and it is in pretty good continue. my 1st lux to me was my katespade tote, was 145/175. after that, i hit the big leagues lol. Speedy 30 DE and DA. then went chanel. time and time again i think how crazy i was to spend that money on a CF medium and jumbo, but now looking back im glad i did. dang what a steal i got them at. yes both preloved. jumbo since it wasnt popular was around 3,500-4k and the medium vintage/black interior gold plated was about the same.
