It could mean what people take it as, child-liking, or it could mean things like reminiscing (in most cases, people feel the emotions they did in the past while reminiscing), referring to what they look like now, etc.

The funny thing about Omori shipping is (most) of the ships containing minors isn't bad as it's just shipping one 16 year old with another 16 year old, the problems come from people start sexualizing them for some reason (like when I found a really wholesome image of a ship, only for the results below to have a terrifying image of that sort which was horrifying) or when someone decides "Nah let's ship a 16 year old with a 19 year old" which is also always terrifying, and I'm so happy it's easy to avoid both of those by just being in the meme portion of the community as otherwise I'd be much more further traumatized (I wish this the same for Dialovers fandom and it's sexualizing everyone and shipping siblings but sadly I find it even when just looking at memes)
