As unfair as it seems it’s what reality is like. All 3 of them r very good looking women (of course they r Hollywood so they r all good looking) but objectively looking Jennifer and Courtney r a league ahead in looks in a lot of people’s eyes. It’s what it is. And I adore all of them but I even being a girl, my eyes naturally gravitate to Court & Jen’s face when they r on screen. It’s ok. Because specially in an industry as driven on looks as Hollywood is, it’s only natural that was to happen. Lisa hasn’t been shorted in any manner due to this in a way that really matters to her.

They're so goddamn mean to the actors in this documentary. I can only imagine how hard it is being an actor this famous, not being famous for their name but for the name of their character. Can you blame them for wanting more? They knew that the show can't go on forever, they needed to look around for future alternatives. That cannot have been easy but it had to be done. I admire them for wanting to grow as actors and show the world that they could play other roles in other genres. As much as we would like to stop time and have them forever, they are people not characters.

David is a beast as actor, but actually he wasn't interested in TV-Cinema roles. He loves the theater, and he accepted to be part of the Friends cast hardly. After Friends, he, and this is literally from the wiki, "branched out into a variety of new acting formats beyond television". He also tried as director. He started acting like "real actor" after 2016, starring as the lawyer Robert Kardashian in American Crime Story. So, it's more like he didn't want to be a kind of actor like Jennifer Aniston, and more like director/producer/showrunner and Theater actor. About Ross, the character, it was a really good character back in the 1994-2004, but if you watch it now you probably will notice how creepy, toxic and stalker he was. It's another context and you have to get that on your mind, and after all the guilt about that is on the writers, but the fact is that the new generations doesn't like his character as the old ones. And I understand why. Literally the end is Ross going after Rachel, so she take off the plane, REJECTING HIS JOB'S LIFE. I mean, he was a fcking nerd, he could get a job in Paris or everywhere with Rachel and Emma. That's why he doesn't get the credit you think he deserve. Anyway, David is a beast.

He never respected Rachel, insisted she take him to the conference and then fell asleep and snored, brought a picnic hamper to her workplace, set her stuff on fire, did not trust her when she said she wasn't involved with Mark, immediately after "the break" jumped in bed with another girl, expected Rachel to constantly put jis needs above hers. You are looking of one side of the story. It was Rachel who fucked up Ross' life by going his wedding without a shame and confused his mind with hers self being. It was Rachel who wrote stupid 18 Pages Front and Back set of rules and she made him responsible for everything that happened on they relationship even though Rachel was guilty for part of the issues. Aand it was Rachel who invites Mark to home after She and Ross was broke up for like, what? 1 hour later? and It was Rachel who starts to love Ross again when he is about to go out with another women or close with another women and ruined his relationships almost every fucking time. After she ruins Ross' relationships, she continuous her life like nothing is happened, even after Ross divorced Emily because of her, she didn't even talked about it, and her feelings was gone surprisingly after Ross got divorced. She always used Ross like a backup. She never let the Ross to make a proper relationship with another women. On the other hand, unlike Rachel, Ross did not involve to Rachel's special life that much. Yes, ofcourse he was jealous when Rachel finds herself a boyfriend and that's because Ross was falling in love with her for almost 15 years. He was always loyal to Rachel, and Rachel was the one who breaks up things. Ross was missing her naturally as a boyfriend and he did go with a picnic basket to her office for the purpose of making surprise to her while she was working on a new job and working hard. He wanted to make her happy but Rachel AGAIN fucked up the moment. I mean I understand that the office is not a place to picnic but at least she could be more kind to him.

It's been 16 years since FRIENDS ended and even today it rakes in a yearly revenue of 1 billion dollars and each cast member gets 2% of the revenue as part of a royalty deal which makes 20 million dollars yearly income. The whole cast was fabulous. Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer were superb comedic actors and their romance made the show take off like a rocket ship early on. The break up in season 3 was iconic. The massive popularity of Jennifer Aniston puts her in Mary Tyler More territory as a TV star. Mathew Perry being a comic genius was also critical to the success of the show.

The group was the power behind the success of the show. Earning them the pay raise fair and square, as NBC and WB were earning sh*tloads of money on their backs. However, doing a sitcom is not the same as starring in a big budget movie. The reason why you want to keep your roles diverse. David Schwimmer for example did an amazing job in Band Of Brothers, while Courteney Cox in Scream and Jennifer Aniston in The Good Girl. Showing their range and why they were worth what they were earning.

16 years after this behind the scenes documentary aired and none of them accept Jennifer Aniston is a 'big movie star'. None of them had any real desire or motivation to pursue the roles everyone else in hollywood would be fighting for because they already made soooo much money. To this day i can only imagine how crazy their royalties are. Friends has been over for 16 years and is still the most shown show on Comedy Central here in the UK!
