Maintenance, gate issues /repairs, landscaping, automation, tours of your offices, etc. Also layout/design of facilities or rv storage. Possibly issues encountered during the design and permitting phases. This is the asset class I want to get into with my investments (and one day possible ownership) so I watch every video on my long drives trying to soak up as much information as possible. Love the content.
