I just want to say I’m 74 and have had dental problems my entire life. I have a front bridge with 5 teeth that is 30 years old. It looks good when I smile but what you can’t see are the gums above it that receded away from the bridge and exposed the upper part of the original teeth. I have implants in the back, upper and lower. I desperately want to keep this bridge intact for my remaining life. I started this program about 6 months ago and what a life changer. My gums are pink again and the tissue around my bridge and implants is healthier and never bleeds. I use all the correct products and I’m very faithful with it. I’m very hopeful that this will allow me to keep this good old bridge forever.

It’s not as much the dentists fault, as most take what is being taught to them as a fact. The medical education system is highly flawed! Unfortunately and unbelievably by design. The system is designed for profit, not health - this is why they don’t teach the things that truly heal! Teeth literally regrow and strengthen, just like a bone - if given the right environment. But where is the money in that? Dentists are overwhelmed and just accept things as fact because most don’t have the time to truly do research. One has to question the system that doesn’t promote anything unless it helps the bottom line.

They never told me how to prevent cavities from eating broccoli, to taking B1 and B2, supplements, or chew on bark of a tree stick. All they said was that the acid from the saliva and food forms the enzymes that causes the teeth to go bad. But never did they say to use and gargle wirh the miracle Castro oil that kills genitive and periodontal diseases. They play off our ignorance at the cost of us losing our teeth while they get paid and forces us to go to false teeth. I am hoping what this video says works its wonders on my teeth. I only recommend products that I am completely confident work together and achieve the absolute best possible outcomes for oral and general health. I never recommend glycerin in products - as glycerin appears to reduce mineralization and act as a plaque-magnet. Feel free to do your own comparison but you will only know the outcome in the long-term - not just in a day or two. The outcome I expect for people using my system is that they will no longer need dental cleanings or treatments. I suggest you take yourself to this place with the products I know work - before you start making adjustments and experimentations.

When my kids were little, I always brushed their teeth after eating and before bed. If we went somewhere and I couldn't brush their teeth, I had them chew sugarless gum. The dentist told me I needed to brush their teeth myself until they were eight years old, so I did. I showed them how to floss, but only my oldest took to it at first. He is 30 and has never had a cavity. So, there you go. Take care of your teeth, don't miss a beat, and you'll be fine. And now I always use xylitol.

I remember a 6th grade classmate had to have all his teeth pulled out. He was out of school for almost a month and then had to have dentures. Imagine? A 6th grader with dentures? So sad. I think America is so backward when it comes to dentistry. It should be covered by all insurance too, the mouth is part of the body, why is that (and eyes) always treated as something unrelated?? Oral health affects the whole body, it should be cared for like the whole body. I love your mouth care system, it's making my teeth feel great, no more bleeding gums, my teeth always feel clean and they look good, a nice white natural color. I'm so glad I found your videos, they're all wonderful. Thank you 🙏💕

I find the mouth-biome theory very interesting. I used to have a dentist with bad teeth. Whenever I had been for my half-year check-up and cleaning (back then, the dentist did that himself), I had a period of gingivitis. With my new dentist, I never had that problem. Could it be he inadvertely infected his own patients? And what about dogs and cats? Do they also influence our mouth heal;th with their 'kisses' and licking habits?

Hi Dr. Ellie, thanks for the wonderful work. I have just started using your system and i can already see the difference. Just one question on xylitol, can i use it in granules form directly and swish it around the teeth for a minute. What's the best way you recommend? And is it good idea to take xylitol before bed after using the system? thanks
@nat-kt1le7 ай бұрын
hi, i am replying because i had the same questions when i first implemented the system. i have watched many videos by dr. ellie since then so i think i got the answers for ya :) yes, you can use granules. she prefers mints but approves of granules as well. i use a teaspoon if i can't get to my favorite xylitol gums and i make sure i use the granules specifically after coffee/tea/sweets because it is insane how it instantly whitens your teeth after consumption, i am really fascinated. ex-smoker here too so it took a few weeks to whiten them but now i have gotten to a new baseline i guess so it happens instantly now after rinsing. truly remarkable. swoosh it around for a minimum of 2 minutes (but no need to overdo it) or until the sugar dissolves. yes, you can do it after the whole routine and before going to bed (just no drinking water afterwards). sorry for the long reply, hope this helps. cheers!

Dr Phillips, can bone loss in teeth be reversible or regrow? Thanks!
@dr.elliephillips5 ай бұрын
Why do you think you have bone loss? That is the first step in figuring out if it can regrow. In situations where there has been bone loss because of gum (periodontal) disease - yes, once the gums grow back, the bone will follow. That's how my Mom kept her teeth for 50 years and how others have saved once upon a time loose teeth.

Thanks so much for your prompt response, I have a cleaning and examination this morning, some gum inflammation caused by a flu caught over week ago. I had had gum recession, loose teeth, the inflammation made it looked even worse. I asked my dentist medicine has been so advanced, why the dental industry remains inventing new surgical tools, instead of researching fundamental causes and cares. He suggested some vitamin d and calcium intakes, nothing else can be offered. I hope there is some natural way to restore health of my teeth, by the way I am >65 of age. I am very much appreciated any help you may suggest ❤

After doing Dr Ellie's routine meticulously for 6 months I had complete confidence going to my cleaning appointment in March. Imagine my chagrin when she told me I had horrible staining on every tooth and proceeded to scrape and prod and dig for an hour to get the stains off. I had not changed what I ate or drank in years, but the one thing I had done differently was the ACT mouthwash twice a day (label says to only use it once per day). As for plaque she said it "wasn't too bad."
