Street fighting tips I’m a former punk street fighter with over 50 fights. after losing my first one bc I hesitated my mom (yes mom) told me to never allow anyone to strike first. So here’s my advice. 1) avoid the fight at ALL costs. If you can get away. Get away! Do not let your ego control you! 2) the moment you realize their is no escape or the moment the aggressor gets into your personal space strike and make it count. I do agree with playing possum. Act submissive. Act weak. Act scared (trust me you won’t have to ACT scared! lol you’ll be scared). Even if you’re experienced. Scared is good. It enhances awareness and Adrenalin! If your opponent thinks he has the upper hand his bullying instinct will take over. He’ll relax and think he can scare you without actually getting physical. Remember, There’s nothing dirty in a street fight. There are no rules. Ok 1 rule: win. Do whatever it takes to win. Always strike first and make it count. Then do not stop attacking until your opponent is completely unable to fight back. Bite. Scratch. Eye gouge (until you feel moisture at your second knuckle). Kick balls. Rip nostrils, ears. Just make sure the fight is out of the attacker. Then get the hell out of town! Additional important tip: you need to be able to punch and kick effectively. Practice. You don’t have to be a pro boxer or black belt to develop a good punch and kick. Practice on a bag. And remember when you do strike you are not just hitting your target and pulling back. You are following through completely. You want your punch to go through the attacker. Hit his jaw and follow through to the back of his head. Kick his balls and follow through to his heart. You’re not playing. You’re truly fighting for your life. DO NOT have mercy.

I wish the guys would do a video on how to stop a fight between two persons w/o anyone getting hurt. I'm sure Azu must have been in that scenario many times over his bar bouncer/doorman career.

I agree with everything until the takedown attempt. If you are a former wrestler or have some experience on the ground then great. Go for it. But if you’re defending against a larger stronger and more experienced fighter and don’t immobilize him he will quickly reverse you and then you’re in a world of hurt. I like to strike first and make it count.

If you have wrestling experience or are at least a blue belt in BJJ than yes but if not I would not take him to the ground I would strike well maybe because I'm a former kickboxer 😊

I would assume they have a blade. Are they going to cut your throat when you lean over?

Yeah, but it's to risky, cose you are offering your head, so dangerous if he see that as opportunity to finish his job. But, yes, you can use this distraction option combined with acting to open space for your goal...

This is a genuine question - not meant to imply disbelief. I'm sure a double-leg take down and a good per-emptive strike would be very effective. As a 60+ year old who has managed not to be in any fights since I was 11, I see videos with titles like yours and I wonder: If these techniques are those that you always use in street fights, how many street fights have this person actually been in? I get that some people live in places or do jobs where conflicts are unavoidable, but really, what are we talking about here? dozens over a lifetime, a couple of times a year, every weekend?

Azu has put some weight on.
@Project_25013 ай бұрын
Not a good advise. Because if the aggressor gets a hold of your cloths while you tackle him, and that will be his natural instinct, he will pull you down with his entire weight and there will be nothing you can do about it. You even may injure your head on the asphalt when you come down.

I think a single leg/judo throw might be better to avoid this
@tjey3793 ай бұрын
Cool move, I like leg sweeps but what if when he hears that you have a wife who has pushed out 8 kids he feels sorry for you and invites you to join him?? I know if a man hasn't run away after the first 3 then he is really doing badly.
