Very nice demo Azu, all of this becomes harder when you have had your abs cut in half. Good to see you have an excellent friend in Jason. folk like that are priceless, best to both of you.

I really like this format with Jason asking questions and taking on the role of the student. It helps to explain why and how you do the movements you do. Please do more like this.

One thing people have to understand about Akido is that it’s looks all pretty in the dojo due to certain factors but in the street it’s dirty but just as effective.

As a bouncer, I once hit a drunk with 3 (THREE ) solid elbow strikes to the jaw, and he didn't go down. Went to an arm bar next. That worked.

remember, we don't want to depend on physical strength, in real martial arts. That's why people who do real martial arts are not all roided up like in MMA/UFC. The strikes are meant to get you into a position to use leverage, not strength, to control the guy. 🙂

The arm bar is good advice but as for the elbows, fights happen so fast thetes almost zero chance of cstching that punch and doing all those elbows in real time.

I wish I lived near London, I would definitely be a part of Aikidoflow! Thanks for all of your videos! I have a suggestion... I know you have an online course, how about if you did a giveaway on that in exchange for people subscribing, watching videos, and commenting. I'm sure you would get a huge response. Well, at least I would enter your giveaway! I'll bet you would get more than just me too!... just a thought...
