I purchased a diamond in the rough on 6 acres just north of Seattle for 87k cash ten years ago. I'm almost finished fixing up the house and plan on dividing the property in half and building another house with my own hands and with no hired labor at all. Then I'll sell one of the properties and purchase a small apartment and retire. I've accomplished this all debt free and plan on continuing the debt free lifestyle. I think all I need is a sixplex and that should afford me the things in life that I want to do. I'm not interested in becoming supper rich. My main focus is to enjoy life by sailing around the world on a nice sailboat and having fun because you only live once and can't take anything with you except if your born again of the good seed. I'd rather teach my children how to accomplish things in life for themselves rather than giving my children everything in life and have them become spoiled ungrateful brats.

This guy is nothing but inspiring. He's proof you don't have to be the smartest to make millions. Just consistency. I mean, look at Gary Vee as well. He was dumb as a rock, can't read, low reading comprehension & he's worth millions. Why? Bc he stayed consistent for X amount of years. The answer is to never quit.
