This is a new enlightenment for the strength of “Perhaps”! Perhaps I’m not too old for God to use me. Perhaps. Is my “will” also a perhaps? Perhaps I need to work on that. Such a good word! I wish there was a love button. I am so encouraged by this message - that it is ok to just live with my uncertainty, my big PERHAPSs, not knowing. My husband and I are standing at a crossroads in terms of our next ministry step and the questions and doubts and guilt (over how this will impact our families) runs around my head like an enormous family of monkeys. Strict Calvinists may not agree with the following musing. When God designed the laws of nature he wondrously put perhaps described via the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle into matter. His bigger wonder imo was giving humans agency and wondering perhaps about each of us!
