964W / 12.49 W/kg, I don't usually do 15s efforts but seems I randomly sprinted up a hill after an FTP test lol. I feel my strength lies in the VO2-length efforts tho

No, those weren't riders in front of you. Those were riders behind you. They were the back markers. Something I am quite familiar with.

Less beer is not the best solution!You need to give up completely!! I give up smoking and alcohol for almost a year!! The beneficial is beyond imagine!! However, it is hard, really hard to stay away from my dear brandy!! The only good thing to get a little drank before riding is the alcohol can release the leg pain!!! It really helps, but Long term speaking, the alcohol damage the body, decrease the sport performance!!

Yep! That's true. But you know. I'm Czech, giving up the beer is like giving up the citizenship. 😂

Nice video! As I’m seeing these Watt numbers and looking at my own numbers I cannot imagine how I should race with you guys once the racing score is applied. I’m ranked at 551 as a C rider with a FTP of about 3.1 w/kg. I think I’m going to be destroyed in every race.. 😅

That is super impressive, i think mine is 8wkg over 15 seconds. It is interesting you sprint in the hoods, i have been reading sprinting tips and they always say to sprint in the drops. Do you find the hoods work better for you?
@RoadtoAКүн бұрын
@@fraserp2377 it's more natural to me so far. But it is possible my sprinting would improve even more if I learned to use the drops. I guess the winter will tell.

I have seen some weird stuff like that in my races, usually people going the opposite direction. I would image those are people that aren’t in the race but somehow their session bled into the race session on the same server. Great job keeping up with such a strong group!
@RoadtoAКүн бұрын
Thank you! @zwiftingwithdemonhunter actually had a good point that those could be the riders still doing lap 1. What happened at the top of the KOM however (the riders that went straight instead of right) remains a mystery.
@SteakandChainsКүн бұрын
@@RoadtoA I’ve seen rider go the opposite direction even in a non loop race though. I think now that the EU is entering winter the Zwift servers might be getting overwhelmed. I wonder if those that went straight could have been a steering glitch. Maybe they went past the steering wall at an intersection and got spat out. Or maybe they were disqualified and Zwift sent them packing 😂🤣

@mariovr841623 сағат бұрын
@RoadtoA you need to be holding 4.3w/kg for cat A for 20 minutes and must be able to do 5.5w/kg for about 7 minutes, or you will get dropped. 5.5w/kg on the flat is way harder than 5.5w on a climb where the resistance of the hill makes it easier. Try it out in training. I would suggest 8 min. intervals as training.
