I thought the video about the good things to get at Harbor Freight was nice; but you've knocked me out with this one! Thank you! (a couple of minutes later) Well, the nearest one's over an hour away, but my mind's still blown.

Cool! I've thought about buying a welder for a while, and another guy on youtube tested a harbor freight cheapie that wasn't too bad but he said if you really wanted to get into welding maybe look around for a better quality used one. And I was thinking what would really be nice if there was a rental one or even if there was a place that had them in maybe a shop that you could rent time along with the tools and brought you project over there to work on it. And they might even have folks that that could help guide you. So as well as renting, buying used equipment might be another way to get them and not spend a whole lot.

Didn't know a tool library ever existed. The only one in New England is in Maine. Too far from me.🙁
