I'm certain "boiling moats" refers to moats filled so densely with crocodiles that the water seems to boil with their feeding frenzy when people or other prey fall in. Recreating their favored habitat is done easily enough with the addition of salt in the moat's water.

What about higher-level arms the USA and its allies sent to Ukraine, including longer-range missiles to strike farther inside Russia along the Russia/Ukraine border? And the F-16s (have they been delivered yet)? You also have the sanctions/tariffs imposed on Chinese electric vehicles by both the USA and Europe.
