Aloha Ci. You're my favorite volleyball analyst. You are a joy to listen to, your passion is infectious. I first heard you doing CEV/ FIVB events and I love the videos you've created/compiled and of course your passion for promoting women' professional volleyball is unmatched. I mean where the heck would I learn to pronounce Joanna Wolosz's name. LOL. I would like to request that you (or someone like you) chronicle some of the innovators of the sport like Doug Beal - his rotational innovation and 2 person reception put USA Men's volleyball on the global map. I know of no club or national team in the world currently using his lineup that highlighted Karch's prowess - or even innovating it for that matter. Would love to see anyone interview the person credited for inventing the pancake dig - Steve Suttich, and would also relish interviews with the top positional players like Nootsara Tomkom and Luciano De Cecco who I think are two of the best setters in the game. I love the NFL and NBA and analysts like Tony Romo, Troy Aikman, Mark Jackson and Reggie Miller who played at that level make watching the game awesome. You and that English guy (I don't know his name) do that for volleyball. I wish that prior to starting the matches that they would cut to you guys like we do in US Pro Sports to get some "color" of the match, key players to watch and a bit on what we might expect from each team. My favorite players are Gabi from Vakifbank, and Ran Takahashi. I also like watching these two setters: Toniutti and De Cecco - incredible. That other Gabi from Lube is pretty good too. Heck the Lube squad is awesome. I also remember reading somewhere that the 1976 Polish Men's team that won Olympic Gold in Montreal ran audibles off in-system reception, would love to know the origins of that. I'm just an old nerd who played with some great players. Mahalo for what you do. That's enough vomit for today.
